In March 2006 we began the extensive refurbishment of The Bell aiming to take the pub back to its country roots. A month later we opened The Bell as a rustic village pub, both stylish and unique providing a warm inviting welcome all year round.

The original Inn dates back to the turn of the 16th century and has been the choice of generations as a venue to enjoy fine food, wines and ales. The Bowling Green, after which the Inn is named, is one of the oldest in the British Isles.
