Built in 1637, a coaching inn on the ancient Worcester to London road the B4027. Situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Wootton village, just two miles from Woodstock.

Elegantly refurbished to provide all modern comforts whilst maintaining its original features, this classically styled 14th century former coaching inn is beautifully set in the heart of Woodstock, near Oxford.

As well as offering bed and breakfast to our guests we also run a traditional Cotswolds tea room at Park House. Breakfast is served to guests in this delightful setting and guests are also invited to sample our wonderful afternoon cream tea and scones!
