The Green room with it's grand luxurious four poster bed and the red room have great views overlooking the via duct Bridge and woodland area. All rooms are large and spacious ensuite. We have a dinning room and guests also have the use of our conservatory and patio.

Situated in a quiet, pedestrian terrace only minutes from St Austell's shopping centre. The south-facing Georgian, Grade II listed, town house has a secret walled garden which offers sun, shelter and seclusion to our guests amidst the sub-tropical planting.

Gwyndra is a spacious, family home built in the early 1930’s, formally used as a Residential Rest Home, in the heart of St Austell. Set in a large secluded garden, only a couple of hundred yards away from the coach and rail station and so is most convenient for visitors using public transport.

Little Grey Cottage is set in a secluded position on the fringe of the tiny countryside hamlet of Trethurgy. Little Grey Cottage originated in the early 1800’s as a Tinner’s cottage. Tastefully renovated and extended to provide comfortable accommodation, yet still retaining its cottage charm. Providing B&B and self catering accommodation.

Lower Barn is nestled down a meandering country lane in the heart of the Cornish countryside, situated in a beautiful secluded area, a few minutes drive from The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the beautiful fishing village of Mevagissey with its superb coastal views and pastel coloured cottages.

Penrose is an elegent Victorian House built in 1880 which retains a wealth of original features. Even though Penrose is elegant and grand, when you walk in you will experience a homely atmosphere. The bedrooms have en-suite bathroom facilities bar one room. Altogether, Penrose has to offer four family bedrooms, two double bedrooms and a small, cosy twin room with separate, private bathroom.

Roundhouse Mill enjoys fantastic views, spacious en suite rooms, an outdooor swimming pool and a warm welcome, Roundhouse Mill has got it all. The house retains much of the character of the original mill.

Sunnycroft is a large friendly Guest House, built in the 1930's, it is situated on the outskirts of St Austell and is within easy reach of the town centre and popular beaches. All rooms are ensuite and have tea/coffee facilities and satellite tv.

A converted, former Methodist Chapel, dating from 1862. Set in a wooded valley, just north of St Austell. Providing spacious, comfortable rooms in a relaxed atmosphere. Most rooms have en-suite facilities, and all have colour TV with DVD, clock radio and tea/coffee making facilities. Wi-Fi internet access is available in all rooms.

The Port is a luxury cottage situated a few yards from the beaches and harbour of Charlestown St. Austell. Charlestown port lies in a conservation area surrounded by great beaches. The Port is within 100 yards of the beach and easy walking distance to local shops and superb restaurants. The Port has it's own allocated car parking space within the grounds.
