Albaicin

In 1984 Albaicin was made a UNESCO World Heritage site and is located on a hill facing Alhambra. It brings together a number of narrow streets with various buildings and houses.

Cathedral

Cathedral of St Nicholas of Bari

Goya’s tomb is contained in the neoclassical San Antonio de la Florida Chapel, built between 1792 and 1798. Goya himself painted the naturalistic frescoes, showing the miracles of St Anthony

Fiesta de San Fermin

Guggenheim Museum

Built on the edge of the Nervion River in 1997 the Guggenheim Museum is Bilbao’s most popular attraction and features contemporary works of art. Canadian-American architect Frank Gehry designed the Museum and it really is an unusual and unique building, if not a work of art itself.

La Sagrada Família
