Southampton Tourist Information & Visitor Guide
Southampton has one of the country's busiest deep water ports. The fateful Titanic set sail from here in 1912 and the town has a wealth of history relating to the disaster. Today Southampton is a thriving city full of excellent malls, high street stores and cafes, bars and restaurants. Close to the coast and a short drive from the New Forest, a good all-year-round short break destination.
