Paultons Park

Paultons ParkNo one is too young to enjoy the rides at Paultons Park, located at the edge of the New Forest and easily accessible from the M27. Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2008, a new entrace plaza features a floating globe, 6.5 tonnes of granite that can be rolled at the touch of a finger.

paultons-park-rollercoaster.jpgThere are no less than three roller coasters to choose from; Cobra is the highest and fastest with stomach-churning drops, high speed twists and the dreaded camel humps. The Stinger is more traditional offering a classic rollercoaster ride and last but not least, the Flying Frog, perfect for the little ones.

No visit to a theme park would be complete without getting wet. Climb aboard a small dinghy for a trip down the Waver Runner, an undulating water coaster gauranteed to cause a splash. Log flumes are another essential and again there are two, one for thePaultons Park Mini Coastersmaller members of the family and another aimed at older children.

It's not all heart-stopping rides. The Wonderful World of Wind in the Willows brings to life all your favourite characters, Mole, Toad of Toad Hall and Ratty. Go back in time to the Land of the Dinosauars and dont miss the penguins!

Sky SwingerNew for 2008 is the Sky Swinger, an experience not to be forgotten. Feel the freedom of flying through the air, wind rushing past your cheeks and legs dangling high above the ground.

With plenty to keep the older children amused, Paultons Park never forgets the younger members of the family.
