  • Bremen - with the cities of Bremen and Bremerhaven, is Germany's smallest state. With a colourful history, preserved country parks and regional specialities including Knipp, Kale and Pinkel, and the Schaffer banquet, which has been held since 1545
  • Hamburg - is the second largest city in Germany, with a kaleidoscope of attractions including more than 50 museums, Hamburg Town Hall, boat tours, impressive architectural styles and the Kunsthalle, the most interesting art gallery in northern Germany
  • Niedersachsen - also known as Lower Saxony, includes the North sea coast, rich and varied scenery and the city of Hannover
  • Schleswig-Holstein - the northernmost German state positioned between the Baltic Sea and Denmark. Schleswig-Holstein has wide sandy beaches, sizeable lakes, extreme sports, nature reserves and National Parks for all to enjoy
