The Green Man is a 15th century country inn situated in the centre of the peaceful village of Fownhope. A black and white building with low oak beams throughout set in an attractive garden close to the meandering River Wye, amongst the rolling woods and meadows of the beautiful Herefordshire countryside.

The Bay Horse is a traditional black and White timber building dating back to the 17th century and has a wealth of period features. Each of our 5 en-suite rooms feature oak beams and comfortable furnishing. Our dining room is open 7 days a week and offers simple traditional food made from locally sourced ingredients.
