The Green room with it's grand luxurious four poster bed and the red room have great views overlooking the via duct Bridge and woodland area. All rooms are large and spacious ensuite. We have a dinning room and guests also have the use of our conservatory and patio.

Barclay House lies on the edge of Looe, an historic fishing village dating from the 12th century. Carved into the hillside this 6 acre property has breathtaking views over the water and countryside beyond, 10 minutes walk from the town, harbour, beach and sea. Located on the ground floor of the house are the restaurant, lounge bar and sitting room.

Set within award winning gardens, Bosanneth is a beautiful Edwardian house, offeriing quality. Attractive en-suite accommodation, only 2 minutes walk from Gyllyngvase beach and 5 minutes walk from Falmouth town.

A comfortable relaxing guest house set in the surroundings of the city of Truro in Cornwall. Six rooms here at Cliftons made up of single, double and twin rooms each with en-suite or private toilet and shower facilities. Gwyndra is a spacious, family home built in the early 1930’s, formally used as a Residential Rest Home, in the heart of St Austell. Set in a large secluded garden, only a couple of hundred yards away from the coach and rail station and so is most convenient for visitors using public transport.

The owner Didi Vernon Miller has utilised her interior design skills to rebuild the property and has recently finished this fully renovated home to offer 3 luxurious individually designed en-suite bedrooms, including one king, one twin and one double.

Lower Barn is nestled down a meandering country lane in the heart of the Cornish countryside, situated in a beautiful secluded area, a few minutes drive from The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the beautiful fishing village of Mevagissey with its superb coastal views and pastel coloured cottages.

The Lugo Rock is a friendly and welcoming B&B, pets are welcome by arrangement. All of the 12 rooms are non smoking, centrally heated and en-suite with shower. There are traditionally appointed bedrooms in the Old House or contemporary style bedrooms in the newer Carrick Roads Wing.

Manor Cottage is a pretty Regency house built around 1820 which has been tastefully converted into a quality guest house with 5 letting rooms. The guest house is comfortable, warm and friendly and the family go out of their way to make you feel at home in cornwall.

Situated 200 yards from a blue flag award sandy beach and a short walk to the harbour, waterfront shops, pubs, restaurants and maritime museum. All bedrooms are en-suite with baths and/or showers. Merlin Farm is surrounded in 27 acres of beautiful countryside overlooking the valley of Mawgan Porth, with Mawgan Porth Beach just 10 mins walk away. The Stable is an open plan studio located in a quiet farm setting with shower and toilet en-suite, double bed, TV/DVD, electric oven with grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, steamer, fridge with ice box.

Milobel house is a grade II listed Tudor Town House, situated at the top of Bodmins main street. A beautiful house full of character and charm which has an atmospheric dining room with a 16th century recessed fire place.
