Dating back some 300 years, the inn started life as a pub in the 1950s. The Sun Inn undertook major building and improvement work in the summer of 2005 to create five newly refurbished non-smoking rooms. These comprise of one double and three twin rooms, all very tastefully decorated to a high specification and based in central Weymouth.

The surrounding country side is excellent for walking, dogs are more than welcome in our guest rooms and bar. The local area is filled with plenty of interest from Iron Age forts and the world heritage Jurassic coast to formal gardens and museums.
