Guest Services
Shopping Service - Instead of carrying your purchases around with you, leave them at the point of purchase and collect them after 6pm, or at the hotels' boutique if you are staying at a Disney® Hotel after 8pm.
Parking - Guests staying at the Disney® Hotels and some other local hotels have free parking available at their hotel. Visitor parking for guests not using one of these hotels is available within a few minutes walk of the Disneyland® Parks entrance and also at the entrance of the Disney® Village complex. Approx 8 Euros per day for a car.
Eateries
With more than 65 restaurants and bars of all specialities and price ranges to choose from, enjoy a world of gastronomic delights, from light snacks at food carts to fine dining at world-class restaurants
Other Park Facilities
Lost and Found - these are located In City Hall Disneyland® Park and next to Studio Services in Walt Disney® Studios Park
ATMs - are located in the arcades parallel to Main Street U.S.A®, Discoveryland and Adventureland in Disneyland® Park, next to Studios Services and at the Backlot Express Restaurant in Walt Disney® Studios Park and at Marne-la Vallée/Chessy Station at the post office.

Located just outside of Paris, Disneyland® Resort is accesable by train, car, plane and ferry:
Eurostar™
Get the Eurostar from St Pancras or Ashford and go direct to Disneyland® Resort Paris
Train
From Paris the RER line A4 takes you quickly into the heart of Disneyland® Resort Paris... In just 35 minutes you can be at the gates of Disneyland® Paris. Just get out at the end of the line, Marne la Vallée/Chessy Station, 100 metres from teh gates of Disneyland® Park
Eurotunnel
Get the Eurotunnel from Folkestone to Calais and drive down to Disneyland® Paris
Ferries
Get the Ferry from Dover to Calais and drive down to Disneyland® Paris
Planes
Fly into Paris Charles De Gaulle or Paris Orly Airports from anywhere in the world, from here you can hire a vehicle or get one of the regular shuttle buses to the Disneyland® Resort Hotels
Road
Located off of the A4 motorway, convenient from Paris City, Paris Airports and major roads

Information with people with a disability
Parking
There are reserved spaces for people with reduced mobility in all the car parks. On arrival into the car park, please ask for the reserved area close to the Disney Parks entrance.

Disney Hotels
All the Disney Hotels have a certain number of adapted rooms featuring larger bathrooms with handrails and raised toilet.
Easy Access Card
Access certain attractions with specially adapted entrances. You will need to produce one of the following: International Guests: European disabled parking badge, medical certificate issued within the last 3 months and signed and stamped by a doctor certifying disability and whether you need to be accompanied by a third party.
Toilets
All toilets have adapted facilities for people with reduced mobility.
Wheelchair Visitors
Access to some rides requires that you transfer from a wheelchair to the ride vehicle, you must be accompanied by someone physically able to assist you. A limited number of manual wheelchairs are available to rent in the Disney® Parks, located at the Wheelchair & Stroller point. You will be asked to pay a €150 deposit.
Transport
Specially adapted minibuses are available between the Disney Hotels (except Davy Crocket Ranch) and the Disney® Parks. Please request this service at the reception desk of your Disney Hotel, City Hall in the Disneyland Park or Studio Services in Walt Disney Studios Park.
Guide Dogs
Guide dogs are the only animals allowed into the Disney® Parks. For safety, they are not admitted to certain attractions.
