This summer, Hestercombe Gardens and the West Somerset Railway have joined forces to offer a combined trip every Wednesday on the 20-mile heritage railway line from Minehead with a visit to the gardens. Just a short distance from Taunton, Hestercombe Gardens offer a unique collection of three restored gardens showcasing three hundred years of garden history and design, all set in 40 acres of woodland.
