Blue Peter 50th Anniversary Exhibition 18 Oct 08 to 11 Jan 09

When it was first aired on the 16 October 1958, no one could have imagined that Blue Peter would become the longest running children’s TV Series in the world. Turner Prize 2008 – But is it Art?

New Hotel Made from Shipping Containers

A recently opened Travelodge has joined the club of wacky hotels with its latest addition in Uxbridge, England. Made from metal shipping containers, it’s probably the last place you would want to spend the night in, but the specially prepared containers have been kitted out with all the usual Travelodge comforts.
